The Story
Fig & Jane started as a concept of how cheese and crackers can bring us closer together. In my late 20's living in Colorado, I always enjoyed crafting boards for game nights, pool days, or camping trips. At the time, I was just being crafty with what I created in order to bring a conversation piece to the table. After spending some time on the creation of Fig & Jane, I realized this company was meant to be an elevated and creative catering company focused on the special moments. Some of those special moments will include pre-ordered boards for a Friday date night, open houses, bachelorette parties, Sunday brunches, birthdays, gender reveals, and the like. Moving to California in the heart of wine country, I decided to focus fully on branding Fig & Jane, and started reaching out to local farms. Fig & Jane now offers fully locally sourced artisan cheeses, meats, breads, and honeys, all from around Sonoma County. As the seasons change, some sourced items will rotate as harvests do, and I fully intend to incorporate that in the boards being created.
I hope to bring fourth the elegance and importance of how cheese and crackers can bring us closer together.

As your event approaches, we carefully source our ingredients with a deep respect for place and season, highlighting Sonoma County’s finest meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and artisanal breads. When something cannot be found locally, we turn to neighboring counties, ensuring every element remains rooted in California craftsmanship.
Designed to be both abundant and artful, our boards celebrate fresh, natural ingredients at their peak — inviting guests to linger, gather, and savor flavors that feel honest, beautiful, and unforgettable.
